Static Caravans and Holiday Lodges
The family run Caravan Park offers 50 hard standing pitches for privately owned static caravans, with a private launderette, washrooms and toilet facilities on site.
The Caravan Owners Season runs from the 10th March to the 31st October annually.
2023 Season Annual Site Rent Fees
Rent £2,500 + VAT @ 20% (£500.00)
Rates and Water £350.00 + VAT @ 20% (£70.00)
Total = £3,420.00
(10th March 2023 – 31st October 2023)
Electric is individually metered on each pitch, and paid for at the end of the season. Gas is supplied via 47kg Calor Gas Bottles, and can be ordered through the park office.
